ELIGIBILITY: This contest is open to legal U.S. residents only, ages 18 and older at the time of entry. Employees of BP Consulting (“Sponsor”), Random House Publishers, Allworth Press, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and production agencies, electronic media firm, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law. Federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

HOW TO ENTER: Entrants may begin submitting entries on September 28, 2009 at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”). All entries must be submitted by January 28, 2010 at 11:59PM ET. ). Upon submittal of the entry form, an email will be sent within 48 hours to the entrant’s email address provided to confirm his or her entry entry in the contest. Limit of one entry per person or e-mail address. Online entrants must be the authorized account holder of the email account from and for which the entry is made. By entering this Contest, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

PRIZE is one copy of the book, Branding the Man, by Bertrand Pellegrin. The book will be signed by the author. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and votes cast by visitors.

WINNER will be announced on or about the 28th day of each month: October 28th, November 28th, December 28th, 2009, and January, 28, 2010. The winner will be notified by e-mail. Any prize notification or prize returned as undeliverable will be awarded to an alternate winner. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for any liability associated with the acceptance or use of or inability to use a prize. The winner acknowledge that the prize is awarded “as is” and that any representation, guarantee or warranty, express or implied, in law or in fact, relative to the prize, is expressly disclaimed.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By entering, the entrants agree to hold harmless the Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, from and against, any and all rights, claims and causes of action whatsoever that they may have, or which may arise, against any of them for any liability for any matter, cause or thing whatsoever.

GENERAL TERMS: Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete or illegible entries or Internet technical, hardware, software, telephone, or transmission failures of any kind, which may limit a person’s ability to enter the Contest. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for any injury or damage to entrants’ or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from entering or downloading any materials in the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or suspend advertising the Contest on the Internet should a computer virus, unauthorized intervention or other cause corrupt the integrity or proper conduct of the promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be disrupting the operation of the Contest or its web site. No transfer or assignment of entries is permitted.
